Teen Reflections

Do yourself a favor and take time out of your day and every day to look in a mirror and tell your reflection something that makes you beautiful. It shouldn't matter if you're having a bad hair day, or if you're having an everything that can go wrong kind of day. You should be able to find at least find one thing (If not a hundred) that you like about yourself if you stand there long enough. Everyone's beautiful in some way; you should acknowledge it for yourself.
